    • What if I referred my friend, they were installed and funded, but I never received my Referral Rewards check?
      No problem- please send an email to info@ecowateraz.com. Provide your name and phone number, include who you referred and when. We will look into the referral in our system and get back to you within 48 hours of receipt.
    • Are there any special restrictions or rules?
      In order to earn a reward, your friend must be a NEW customer. If your friend is already a customer of All About water, then the referral is not eligible as a referral and you will not earn any reward. No reward money is earned if a referral does not make a purchase or purchase is cancelled.
    • Will you spam my friend?
      No, we appreciate and value your trust. We will only contact whom you request through your submission form. If they are no longer interested, we will not contact them again. We do ask that you please give your friend a heads up so they are expecting our call.
    • Who is eligible to participate in the Referral Program?
      Everyone! This includes customers, vendors and employees alike.
    • How many friends can I refer?
      As many people looking to improve their water quality as you know. The more the merrier!
    • Can I use my Referral Rewards check towards All About Water services?
      Yes. You may request that the rewards amount be placed on your account as a credit. You may then use the funds towards salt, filters, service or any other plumbing you may need.
    • How will I receive my check?
      Once a sale is installed and funded, you will receive a Referral Rewards check in the mail within 14 business days.
    • How will I know if my friend makes a purchase?
      Once you submit your friend’s information, you’ll receive a confirmation email and we will keep you posted if a purchase is made.
